WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to Brazil and to the international destinations available in the country selector and checkout. If no shipping option appears for an address, we do not currently ship there.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping in Brazil costs R$22.00. Eligible international orders use DHL Express with no shipping charge. The final available option is confirmed at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The configured transit estimate for standard shipping in Brazil is 6 to 8 business days. Eligible international orders have an estimated transit time of 4 to 12 business days, depending on destination. The final available delivery option is confirmed at checkout. Carrier and customs delays may occur.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Use the tracking link in that message. If the link has not updated, allow time for the first carrier scan.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything. Full conditions are in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
A cancellation may be requested within 15 minutes after placing the order. After processing or dispatch begins, the return procedure may apply.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
After an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may require additional processing time.
